Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. Additionally, he is director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the next generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of many online publications and is a contributor to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Redefining Lives by God's Ever-changing truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars).
